DESIGN DUE DILIGENCE
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
Construction documents are the final key documents in the Interior Design phase following Programming, Space Planning, Schematic Design and the Design Development phases. It includes but not limited to architectural plans, elevations and sections, as well as schedules showing the breakdown of the materials and finishes (the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment – “FF&E”). We will work directly with you to produce a complete set of documents with all of the necessary elements required to implement the plans and to bring to fruition the vision of the project.
LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING & INSTALLATION.
We work closely with our tradespeople to better understand the details on expected delivery dates and challenges so there are no surprises at installation. Mood's install team will be on-site to manage all deliveries and coordinate efforts between construction, operations, and FF&E. We place products according to the design boards, making sure all debris is removed from the site.
Mood partners with our clients to build trust with their stakeholders and make data-informed decisions about the intelligent design of communities. Our team captures critical insights to inform strategic design solutions with services including design strategy, process design, change management, and space management. We support and empower the team to deliver design objectives, while helping to maintain positive, long-lasting client relationships.
Construction Administration refers to the implementation of the design into the space. From concept to the actual physical space. Mood's team communicates with the on-site general contractor during every phase of the project - making sure the construction team follows design plans thoroughly and accurately.
Mood offers the development of photorealistic renderings as a service to our clients. Mood is asked to create these renderings to show how a project will look like before it is built, create an emotional connection between the client and the property even before construction begins, or to show pieces of furniture in real environments before funding is approved. Whatever the reason, they play a key part in the explorative design process.
